Murder Mystery for Your Audience

Sunday, August 31st, 2008

Anyone who is involved in training will tell you that the audience is the most important thing when training. Once you have gathered the content of your training you would need to ensure that you have it adjusted to suit your audience. You need to know your audience well.

This is why some people choose to include murder mystery games in their facilitation. When they know the concentration capability of their audience they will always want to be sure that they have addressed it well. They will never want to teach when the audience does not understand them.

From time to time, they will be focusing the audience so that they are concentrating. With murder mysteries the audience will be alert, awake and focused. They will not sleep and they will get the content that is given to them in the manner it is desired. This is the joy of the facilitator.

Anyone who has trained will agree that they are happier when the people they are training will have taken in what they are training. So, they would ensure that the audience is alert and when this is not the case they would always prefer to end the session until it is achieved.

There is no need to involve yourself in something that you are not getting anywhere with. You will be wasting time. So, just give them some exercise from the mysterious murder and see the difference.

Grinding Vs Questing: Which one is Better

Friday, August 15th, 2008

The meaning of grinding is repeatedly killing the same monster over and over, for experience points (exp), status and money in free downloadable games.

The advantage of grinding over questing is that you don’t lose time wandering from and to the quest givers, or finding your quest object. The disadvantage is that you don’t get the quest rewards and the repute that quests give.

But if you are already equipped with the very best stuff, financed by your higher level characters resulting you don’t need the quest rewards.

On the other hand the repute with the major cities that quests give isn’t strictly essential. So the most vital grinding advice is difficult to find crowd little lower than your level, which still offer good exp, but which you can kill a lot quicker and with minimum downtime.

There are some simple principles that make an enormous good for grinding. The mob should not be social so that you can be able to drag them one by one. You should prefer a mob which does not run away when unhealthy, because following after mobs costs time, and risks for other mobs.

As I recommend grinding only if you already have some high-level characters, one of the best ways to boost up leveling is not to play with the character you want to level.

If you grind your low level quality all the time, not only will you find less exp per hour, you will also rapidly become dreadfully bored. These grinding rules will apply on all free mac games.

Guitar Playing Techniques and Fundamentals

Wednesday, August 13th, 2008

In order to learn and master guitar, you must learn all the practical as well as theoretical aspects of guitar playing. You need to develop a strong foundation in musical theory and learn the basics and fundamentals of guitar playing. You should also practice regularly using the correct techniques of playing the guitar if you are striving for absolute perfection in your guitar playing skills.

Remember that bad habits once learned, are difficult to forget and unlearn. Many people feel that once they learn to play guitar more fluently, then they can think about achieving perfection of notes and chords. But the reverse fundamental is true, which means that you should first learn to play each single note and chord perfectly and with 100 percent precision. Once you learn and master guitar chords, and are able to play with undeterred accuracy, then you can gradually shift your focus to increasing the speed with which you change chords or increase the pace in which you play a song.

Therefore, ensure that you learn and practice the guitar with complete precision right from day one so that it becomes almost something like a second nature to play the chords perfectly for you. If you manage to learn & master guitar techniques and fundamentals, then you can apply whatever you have learned to play different music styles and music genre. Therefore, you need to focus on learning the guitar techniques and fundamentals first, rather than applying short-cuts and managing to memorize and play a few pieces of guitar chords and melodies together.

The most important guitar fundamentals that you should learn as a beginner include – familiarizing yourself with the different guitar parts, learning to hold a plectrum, maintaining correct posture, learning all the notes, basic chords and chord progressions, understanding chord formulas, chord diagrams, learning music theory, notations and guitar and tablatures, tuning the guitar, ear training techniques, strumming techniques, and a lot of other important fundamentals.

You should also gradually increase your guitar knowledge base by learning different guitar techniques such as the bend technique, hammer-on technique, tremolo picking technique, pull off technique, slide technique, vibrato technique, tapping technique, natural harmonic, pinch harmonic, palm mute technique, and various other important techniques. Once you learn all these fundamentals and guitar techniques, you will find that you can simply hear a song somewhere and recognize the chords played and reproduce it in your guitar. But to reach this stage, you need to put in loads of hard work and practice.
